The Commercial manager is responsible for:
• Ensures conversion of letters of intention into Booking Agreements by leading negotiations
with customers
• Follows and achieve the commercial goals thanks to the definition of a commercial strategy
to reach identified relevant targets among the market
• Ensures the point of contact with customers during the whole commercial relationship
• Animates meetings with customers being the key support for commercial matters and
logistic flows
• Ensures promotion of Anemos Label throughout an added-value model strategy
• Promotes sponsoring opportunities and opportunities for passenger boarding
• Identifies together with operations manager and technical department opportunities to
ensure “full-capacity” loading of the ships, depending on the routes
• Defines together with operations manager the logistical schemes for loading and unloading
customer goods.
• Ensures a regular reporting and follows KPIs
Profil recherché
• Master degree in international business &/or marketing
• Significative experience as commercial manager acquired at the service of a shipping
company
• Used to luxury products would be a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills ; customer oriented
• Fluent English & French
